Young Families Moving Forward nominations now being accepted

The Alliance is currently seeking nominations for the 2010 Young Families Moving Forward Award.  These awards are given annually by the Alliance's Board of Directors to a young parent (or a young parenting couple) who shows exemplary success in their roles as parents, students, and professionals.

To be eligible to receive the award, the nominee must have become a parent as a teenager, have a high school diploma or GED, not currently be receiving TAFDC, and have met the challenges of young parenting to achieve success.  Nominations are accepted from all Alliance member organizations
