Teen Parent Lobby Day is a unique opportunity for expectant and parenting teens and their advocates from across Massachusetts to come together in support of young families. Teen Parent Lobby Day 2012 will be held at the Massachusetts State House on Monday, March 5 from 10:30-1:00. Please RSVP by February 3. We hope you can join us!

Governor Patrick Releases FY13 Budget Proposal

Governor Patrick released his proposed fiscal year 2013 (FY13) budget on January 25. Overall teen parent and teen pregnancy prevention services fared relatively well.

Alliance Publishes Success Story

Since fall 2010 the Alliance has been leading Youth First, a community-wide initiative in Holyoke and Springfield to reduce teen pregnancy. We’ve had a number of successes in our first year of the project, thanks to the many community-based agencies, clinics, schools, and other partners who have so generously given their time and hard work to get Youth First off the ground.
